Butter Cornbread

Butter Cornbread

Ingredients
 
3 C Bisquick or pancake mix
1 C sugar
2 Blocks (sticks) butter or margarine
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 C milk
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 C cornmeal
 
 
Directions
 
Mix dry ingredients, then wet ingredients.  Bake in 9X13 pan at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
