Marie Osmond's Thanksgiving Sweet Potatoes

2- 2 ½ lb cans of sweet potatoes=drained
1 cup brown sugar
⅔ cup milk
6 egg whites -lightly beaten
½ cup butter
2 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp salt
2 cups chopped pecans
2 cups mini marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl beat sweet potatoes until smooth. Add brown sugar, milk eggs, butter, vanilla
& salt. beat until combined. Transfer mixture to a 9 X 13 baking dish. Bake until puffed up... about 1 hour and 10 min. Remove from oven. Put chopped pecans, then marshmallows on
top. Then preheat broiler; position about 4 inches from heat
source. Broil until marshmallows are
golden. (Watch closely, about 60
seconds)
