Aunty Sar's Thai Pasta Salad

Aunty Sar's Thai Pasta Salad


Mix the Sauce:
½ c. peanut butter
½ c. hoisin sauce
1 T. honey
2 t. red wine vineager
2 t. minced ginger
2 T. roasted sesame oil
2 t. shoyu
¼ t. ceyanne pepper
1 T. oyster sauce
2 T. water



Add sauce to:
½ lb angel hair noodles, cooked


Add your choice of veggies, amount to your taste, suggestions:
cilantro
finely chopped carrots
finely chopped snow peas
bean sprouts
chopped green onion
salted, dry roasted peanuts

Mix noodles, sauce and veggies to form pasta.
