Herb Salmon

Bev B.

2 Servings Salmon
salt and pepper
2 cloves garlic sliced
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp thyme
1 orange (or 1/2 C juice)
1 TBSP olive oil

Layer salmon (after salt and pepper)
1. ginter
2. garlic
3 parsley
4.thyme
5, orange
6. Drizzle olive oil on top

Microwave 4 minutes (covered)
