Pesto
(talked about at our Sept RS Activity Night)

3 cloves garlic-minced
1/2 C pinenuts
1/2-1 C parmesan cheese (grated)
1 bunch basil
1 C olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Combine and serve over pasta, salmon, etc.
