Tofu Salad (Grandma C.)
In a 13 X 9 inch pan spread the following in this order:
1 block firm tofu - drained and cubed
1 small can tuna - drained and flaked
1 large tomato - diced
1 small onion - chopped
1 pkg (12 oz) bean sprouts
1 bunch watercress - cut in 1 ½ inch pieces
¼ c. chopped green onion
Dressing:
In saucepan bring to a boil:
½ c. salad oil
3 cloves garlic - minced
¾ c. shoyu
Add:
¼ c. chopped green onion
Pour dressing over salad and serve.
