Microwave Mochi

1/2 C Mochiko
3/4 C sugar
1 1/2 C water
food coloring (4 drops) optional
Kinako





Mix above ingredients until smooth.
Pour into greased, glassware (use butter).
Place into microwave on high temperature for 9 minutes with napkin over top.
Cool for about 15 minutes.
While warm, cut and roll in Kinako.
