4 medium yams
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoon margarine
Cinnamon
Boil yams until
soft, skin and slice into ¼ inch rounds, place in 8 x 8 inch casserole
dish. Layer with the following
ingredients: applesauce, brown sugar,
margarine and cinnamon.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. This can be made a day ahead.
