Shoyu Meatloaf
Auntie Shirley



2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium round onion (diced)
4 slices bread (broken into pieces)
3 large eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup shoyu
2 tablespoons sugar


Mix all ingredients together and shape in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
