Sushi in a Pan

5 cups uncooked rice (use rice cup measurement)
1 package sushi mix
Wasabi
16 ounces imitation crab, chopped
Mayonnaise
1 ½ to 2 small avocados, cut into thin slices
1 large Japanese cucumber, cut into thin half moon slices
½ bottle or ½ package furikake mix
Cook rice then combine
with sushi mix.
Spread rice mixture evenly in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and
slightly press rice into bottom of pan.
Spread thin layer of wasabi on top of rice
Mix chopped crab with enough mayonnaise (at least ¾ cup)
to make a spread. Spread crab mixture on
top of wasabi.
Place sliced avocados on top of crab mixture.
Place sliced cucumbers on top of avocados.
Sprinkle with furikake mix and refrigerate until served.
