Ono Broiled Sushi

3 cups cooked rice
Furikake
Shiitake mushrooms, chopped
Imitation crabmeat, chopped or shredded
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
Korean Style nori

Soak mushrooms in water until soft; squeeze out excess water then chop.
In a bowl, mix together chopped mushrooms, chopped crabmeat, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
Place cooked rice in a 9 X 13 inch pan. 
Generously sprinkle fuikake over rice.  Top with crab meat mixture.
Broil for 8-10 minutes or until brown.

Spoon into Korean style nori and enjoy.
