Easy Caramel Corn

1 cube margarine or butter (1/2 cup)
½ cup corn syrup, light
2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

 Melt butter, add corn syrup and brown sugar
Bring to a boil and boil only 1 minute.  Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and pour over 1 ½ gallon warm popcorn.  Stir with a wooden spoon until covered.  For extra goodness, add peanuts.

Sweet Fruit Loop Party Mix

1 lb margarine
1 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder

 Mix and melt above ingredients together.
Divide between 2 roasting pans:
1 box Rice Chex                                                                                1 box Bran Chex
1 box Corn Chex                                                               1 box Fruit Loops or Cheerios
1 package 50% less salt buttered pretzels             1 large can nuts (optional)
Pour sauce over cereal.  Bake at 250 degrees for 1-1 ½ hour.  Stir every 20 minutes.
