Classic Greek Salad

6 servings

4 plum tomatoes, cored and quartered
1 cucumber, peeled and cut into ¼ inch slices
1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin, round slices
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin, round slices
1 large red onion, peeled and cut into thin slices
2 Tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
¾ cup prepared fat-free Italian dressing

Combine all ingredients except the salad dressing in a medium-size bowl.  Pour on the dressing.

Per serving:  70 calories; 1.6 g fat, 489 mg sodium
