Chicken Ole
Brenda V, a family favorite
6-8 servings

1 dozen corn tortilla, cut in 6-8 strips
4 cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
1 Tablespoon chopped onion
1 cup sour cream
1 (7 ounce) can green chili salsa

 Mix all ingredients except cheese and tortilla strips.
Layer tortilla strips then sauce in crock pot until you reach the top.  The top layer should be sauce.  Be sure to grease the pot.
Cook on low 4-5 hours (I cook 8 hours).  The last hour, top with cheese.
