2 lbs Okinowan Sweet Potato

1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

Brown Sugar to taste

Boil or steam potato, peel and mash. 

In a large bowl add potato, condensed milk and br. sugar.   With electric beater, beat until smooth.   Serve with ice cream scoop.
