Waldorf Salad

3 apples, diced with skin left on
1 cup diced celery
¼ cup low fat yogurt
¼ cup calorie reduced mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons sunflower seeds

Combine ingredients and chill.

Serving size:  ½ cup

92 calories                           5 grams fat          6 mg cholesterol               97 mg sodium
